2. Purposes and legal basis

We process personal data that you provide to us via email or contact form solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and, where applicable, for subsequent contract initiation or performance. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communication with prospective clients).

3. Data storage and retention

Contact requests and associated personal data are stored for a maximum of 6 months after the inquiry is resolved, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. tax or commercial retention obligations under Austrian law, which may require retention of business correspondence for up to 7 years).

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to authorised processors (e.g. email hosting) who act on our behalf under strict contractual obligations. We may also disclose data where required by law or to enforce our legal rights.

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services. We do not collect any personal data through automated means on this site. Server logs may store anonymised IP addresses for operational security purposes only; these logs are not used for profiling and are retained for no longer than 14 days.
