Contact requests and associated personal data are stored for a maximum of 6 months after the inquiry is resolved, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. tax or commercial retention obligations under Austrian law, which may require retention of business correspondence for up to 7 years).

Server logs may store anonymised IP addresses for operational security purposes only; these logs are not used for profiling and are retained for no longer than 14 days.
